"Hoagies stayed warm on the drive home"
So... I grabbed some hoagies and had about a 20-minute drive home, and they were still warm when we opened them up. The bread wasn’t soggy either, which I was happy about.

"Seasonal hoagie totally hit the spot"
I tried one of the seasonal specials along with a specialty hoagie, and both were seriously good. As someone who’s picky about a solid hoagie, I was happy with how fresh and packed they were. Big portions, great flavor, and definitely something I’d order again.

"I’ve ordered from PrimoHoagies maybe 3 or…"
I’ve ordered from primohoagies maybe 3 or 4 times now, and it’s been consistently good. The ingredients always taste fresh, the lettuce has a nice crunch, the tomatoes aren’t all watery, and the meats and cheese seem like solid quality. Nothing tastes like it’s been sitting around or just thrown together. It’s just a reliable spot when I want a quick hoagie that still tastes fresh...

"Tasty, but felt overpriced"
The food tasted fine and everything seemed fresh, so I don’t really have complaints there. But the portion felt small for the price, and that kind of stuck with me more than anything. It wasn’t bad, but I left feeling like I didn’t get the best value. I’d probably only go back if I was really craving it.

"Easy spot to get to"
This PrimoHoagies near me is just really easy to get in and out of, which I appreciate more than I probably should. Parking was right there too, so I didn’t have to do that whole drive-around-looking-for-a-spot thing... always a win.

It’s also close to a few other places I usually stop by, so grabbing a hoagie during lunch or after running errands is simple. Just a convenient little spot overall, honestly.

"Pretty clean overall"
Stopped in for lunch. Clean spot, honestly. Tables were wiped down, floor looked fine, food counter wasn’t all messy or anything. Bathroom could’ve used a little more attention. Not terrible though. Overall, good visit. Felt comfortable eating there...

Their hours seem really convenient, at least for me. I was able to stop in and grab lunch after work without any issue, which I wasn’t sure would work out.

"Tons of good stuff to pick from"
I really like primohoagies because it’s not just the same basic sandwich options every time. They’ve got all kinds of meats, different cheeses, different sizes, and plenty of sides too, like chips, pickles, cookies, and whatever else everyone suddenly wants when I’m ordering. In my house, one person wants turkey, someone else wants Italian, someone wants something spicy, someone wants extra cheese, and then there’s always somebody asking about a side or a bigger size. I’ve tried a few different hoagies now, and I still haven’t gotten tired of it. Just a super easy 5 stars for me.

"They were really patient with my food restrictions"
I have a gluten issue and there are a few dressings I can’t have, so ordering hoagies usually makes me feel like I’m being difficult. I wasn’t sure how it would go at PrimoHoagies, but the staff actually listened to me and didn’t seem annoyed when I asked a bunch of questions.

They changed gloves, double checked ingredients, and helped keep my order simple without making it feel like I was missing out. I always worry a little that I’m overthinking stuff, but I felt safe eating it, and that really meant a lot.

"Good hoagies, but delivery can be frustrating"
I do like PrimoHoagies, and when the food is fresh it’s really good. But ordering through delivery apps has been inconsistent for me. A couple times it came quickly and was fine, but I remember the bad deliveries more — the driver taking forever, the food sitting around, or the hoagie showing up not nearly as fresh as it should be. I’m not sure if that’s Primo’s fault or the delivery service, but it definitely makes me hesitate. I’d still get food from here, but I’d probably stick with pickup if I can.

"Comfortable Spot for a Nice Meal"
The dining area was clean and felt comfortable overall. The seating was decent, though it did feel a little tight once it got busy. Still, it’s a pleasant space, and you can tell they’ve put effort into keeping it welcoming and tidy

I’ve had a good experience ordering from PrimoHoagies. There’s usually a coupon or promo code floating around, saving a few bucks on lunch just feels like the sensible thing to do. The site is straightforward too, so it doesn’t feel like you’re jumping through hoops just to get a decent meal at a fair price.

"Decent food, but late delivery"
We ordered catering for a work lunch, and the food itself was good. The issue was that it showed up about 25 minutes late, which made things a little awkward since everyone was waiting around. I get that delays happen, but with catering, timing is kind of the whole point. Not a terrible experience, just wish it had been more dependable.

"Parking is always easy"
I can pretty much always find a spot quickly, which makes it so much less frustrating when I’m just trying to grab a hoagie. it’s one of those simple things that feels like basic courtesy to customers...

"Honestly relieved the restroom was clean"
I stopped in for lunch and decided to use the restroom before ordering, and I was relieved. It was clean, stocked, and didn’t have any weird smell, which is something I always notice right away. Definitely nice to see the staff keeping up with it

I stopped in while I was in a good mood but a little impatient because there was a line. The staff was really nice though, and my order came out quicker than I expected. "Rewards that are actually useful"
I grab PrimoHoagies for lunch often, so the rewards program has been surprisingly worth it. The points show up fast, and I’ve already used a few discounts without having to do anything complicated. The app is easy enough to deal with too, which is always nice, because I am absolutely staying calm about apps that make life harder. Overall, it just makes my usual hoagie feel a little less expensive. No real complaints here
